Corporate Services
- Company Name Availability
The first stage of
incorporation of a company in India is to get a name approved by
the concerned Registrar of Companies. Four alternative names may
be submitted. There are rules about the types of names that are permitted.
Certain words (for example - India, Hindustan, International,
Industries etc.) may be used only if the authorized capital is
above a prescribed amount.

- Maintaining Registered Office of a company
at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India
Complete statutory operations of the company including the following:
- Office space
- Maintaining accounts (assuming
low level of operations)
- Payment of audit fees
- Complying with all formalities
of Companies Act including
maintaining necessary registers and records

- Record Search
Search in relevant
Sub-Registrar Office to check property ownership records of
past 30 years and to check for encumbrances, liabilities,
mortgages etc. registered in respect of the property located
anywhere in India.
Time needed for search - 20 days
Rate - USD 200 per property
- Site Inspection
An advocate will visit the site
and report on actual possession status, encroachments on the land etc.
Time needed for inspection - 10 days
Rate - USD 200 per property
Terms and Conditions:
- All fees and charges are payable in
advance and should be paid by wire transfer to the account of
Anil Chawla And Associates.
- Orders become binding on Anil Chawla
And Associates only after receipt of full payment and acceptance of
the order by Anil Chawla And Associates.
- Anil Chawla And Associates
reserve the right to refuse any orders at their sole discretion.
- Amounts indicated above are net
amounts that Anil Chawla And Associates expects to receive.
No deductions should be made from the above on account of
wire transfer charges, commission, bank charges etc.
- Times indicated above are
indicative. Efforts will be made to complete the assignment as early
as possible. However, delays for reasons beyond the control of
Anil Chawla And Associates are not ruled out.
- In case, for any reason
whatsoever, Anil Chawla And Associates are unable to complete the
assignment, fees received will be duly refunded after deducting
expenses already incurred. In such cases, client may also
suffer a small loss on account of variation in foreign
exchange rates (US Dollar buying and selling rates) and
bank transfer rates.
- Disputes, if any, will be
subject to Bhopal Jurisdiction and laws of India (and state of
Madhya Pradesh) will apply.
